•  No need for a fan to dry it
•  Can use mascara over it

Also, the  period of effectiveness should just be between 4 to 6 weeks.  If it’s longer then it’s not doing a good job and imagine how much money you get to spend to actually see some good results.  It’s not a good deal at all.
